If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, relax, you are in for a treat!
I developed my love for cooking here locally working at The Royal Chef in Niagara Falls, and for the owner Walter Gorbach several years in Youngstown when he managed food services at the Yacht Club back in the 1980s. Native to Taiwan, Jamie craved home cooked meals so mastered her favorite Asian dishes. I envy those of you who get Taiwanese Scallion Pancakes.
Breakfast is a two plate offering served between 8-9 am [preferred start time 8:30 am] which includes both a 'sweet' with seasonal fruit, as well as a 'salt', and your choice of coffee, tea, and juice. We plan to have guest chefs occasionally, as well as showcase local farms & bakeries. Each morning will be different, but you can always count on having a memorable meal and generous portions to fuel your adventures.
We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions so please notify us in advance so we plan accordingly.
