Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and appreciated even more when somebody else makes it for you.  The quality time recovered during your stay means no need for grocery shopping, time for preparation, and then the cleanup after.  Relax.

I developed my love for cooking here locally and worked at The Royal Chef in Niagara Falls for the summer of 1981, and for the owner Walter Gorbach several years in Youngstown prior when he managed the Fort Inn and food services at the Yacht Club.  Native to Taiwan, Jamie craved home cooked meals and mastered her favorite Asian and Italian dishes the past decade.  I envy those of you who get Taiwanese Scallion Pancakes!

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM daily, and typically includes a 'sweet' (e.g., homemade French toast, pancakes, waffles, etc.) with seasonal fruit grown locally, as well as a 'salt' (e.g., egg dish, Chinese pancake, etc.), with your choice of coffee, tea, and juice. We plan to have guest chefs occasionally, as well as showcase local bakeries. Each morning will be different, but you can always count on having a memorable meal and generous portions to fuel your Niagara Falls adventures.

We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions, so please notify us before or upon your arrival so we have a day's notice to best prepare.
