Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and appreciated even more when somebody else makes it for you.  The quality time recovered during your stay means no need for grocery shopping, time for preparation, and then the cleanup after.  Relax, you are in for a treat!

Dan developed his love for cooking here locally working at The Royal Chef in Niagara Falls, and for the owner Walter Gorbach several years in Youngstown when he managed the Fort Inn and Yacht Club back in the 1970s/1980s.  Native to Taiwan, Jamie craved home cooked meals so mastered her favorite Asian dishes.  I envy those of you who get Taiwanese Scallion Pancakes!

Breakfast is a two plate offering served between 8-10 am which includes both a 'sweet' (e.g., Belgium waffles, French toast, etc.) with seasonal fruit, as well as a 'salt' (e.g., egg casserole, Benedict, etc.), with your choice of coffee, tea, and juice.  We plan to have guest chefs occasionally, as well as showcase local farms & bakeries. Each morning will be different, but you can always count on having a memorable meal and generous portions to fuel your Niagara Falls adventures!

We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions, so please notify us before or upon your arrival so we have a day's notice to best prepare.
