What we are doing at the Butler House to address COVID-19

Stay Safe at Butler House
The CDC recently published new guidelines (May'21) in relation to masks and social distancing, stating, "Fully vaccinated people don't need to wear a mask or physically distance during outdoor or indoor activities, large or small."  As a result, we have revised our policy to allow those vaccinated and those who have recovered from having the virus to follow the updated guidelines.  As innkeepers, we have both been vaccinated and no longer wear masks in the house.  For those not vaccinated, have not had the virus, or still concerned, we also respect if wearing a mask and social distancing during your stay.
  • We are still dedicated to continue deep cleaning rooms between guests to ensure that all door handles, TV remotes, cabinets, toilet seats & handles, light switches, and other surfaces are cleaned above standard.
  • We will maintain our reservation capacity to 3 rooms or 6 guests total so that our common areas are more spacious and can better support social distancing for those still wanting additional safety.
  • We will maintain breakfast seating so physically separated unless a family or group of friends.
  • We ask you to self-isolate and let us know immediately if someone in your party becomes sick.
