Q: What is Check in Time?
A: Our Check in time is between 3pm and 5pm.
Q: Are there Special Check in Times?
A: If you cannot check in between 3 and 5pm we ask that you inform us at 24 hours in advance. There is a service fee if no notice is given.
Q: I have Food Allergies, do you make special order Breakfast.
A: We want you to have an enjoyable healthy breakfast, but we do not keep specialty foods such as gluten free in stock, therefore we request that you inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of your booking so we can best serve you.
Q: Do we allow Children?
A: The Butlerhouse house is specifically designed for as a getaway for Adults. If you are looking for a family vacation, please visit our sister property lifeisgoodvacation.com, conveniently located one block north of the Butlerhouse on 4th Street.
Q: Do we allow Pets?
A: No we do not have any accommodations for pets. If you have pets with you, you will need to Kennel them, we can recommend Debbie’s Doghouse which is a short drive from our location. Please keep in mind, pets are not allowed on our property at any time.
Q: We have never been to Niagara Falls before, can you show us around?
A: Yes, we will help you plan your stay and get the most out of the Niagara Region, from attractions, to places to dine.
Q: How can I get around the county if I don't have my car?
A: There are plenty of options for traveling around Niagara County. Bus, shuttle, taxi, limo, and car rentals are available.
